Margaritas for the Mamacitas - Porch Surprise!
In these unusual times when we can’t gather to celebrate, it still feels good to have a bit of connection, especially for holidays like Cinco de Mayo! A small gesture can have a big impact for others, especially when the are full of cheery colors and alcohol! Here are some fun little packages that I dropped to some of my close neighborhood pals’ porches.
Without access to the party store, I decided to use some fruity themed party supplies that I picked up at Target, just because they were absolutely adorable. I included these canned Paloma cocktails. They sounded so yummy, although the brand also makes a canned margarita if you prefer to keep it traditional.
I made the “Mamacita needs a Margarita” tags using my Silhouette Cameo electronic cutter design software. The margarita design was available at the Silhouette Design Store and so fitting for this occasion. At one point, here in Washington, we were told that this week would be an endpoint of our stay at home order. At the time I thought Cinco de Mayo would be a great opportunity to celebrate together. Now that our order has been pushed out another month, we will have to wait, but we still NEED the Margaritas!
I just love the Spritz Summer Party supplies from Target and look forward to finding another opportunity to decorate with these bright and cheery decorations!
Palm Leaf Napkins - I found the fruity ones along with the yellow bags in the Target Dollar Spot.
