Boots & Bubbles Classy Tailgate Birthday
A few months back my friends threw me this little classy tailgate celebration as a birthday celebration and it was just so amazing I had to share! I was blown away because this girls night celebration was 100% me, a little bit pink and champagne, little bit boots and tailgate. Eric Church is my favorite musician, and so of course, he was invited to the festivity. I had to share some of the details with you!
My friend Esmari was the hostess. She throws AMAZING celebrations herself. She has a great eye for detail, creates incredible decorations and is also the life of the party. She managed to keep a lot of the details of the celebration a surprise from me and only gave me instructions to wear my boots and a specific top. When I walked it, I was created to this photo backdrop! AHHHHH! I absolutely shrieked!!
Esmari borrowed the cowhide rug to hang as a backdrop, made a balloon garland and assigned another dear friend, Brooke, to bring “Eric Church.” She set up a beverage station with boho floral and boots and of course, champagne!
Then I walk around the corner to see the spectacle that was the charcuterie table and the beautiful “E” cake my sweet friend Bobbi made. It was filled with buttercream and salted Carmel frosting and covered with all sorts of delicious toppings including French macarons, chocolate and cookie pieces and meranges that Bobbi also made. The cake was almost too lovely to eat, but since I know delicious Bobbi’s cake are, I couldn’t resist!
The hot wings and silly napkins were also totally on point with my personality. I love champagne and pretty stuff but am a no nonsense country girl at heart! A party like this is a little in a way is a little reflection of how my friends see me, imagining what I would like, and I love that they really nailed that. That feels amazing! I guess that is the sense that I am seeking to give others when I help plan a celebration with a coordinated and styled decor, but also still very personalized.
